One moment, things appear normal; the next, you feel like the walls are closing in. Suddenly, you have this gut-wrenching feeling that something will go wrong, and before you know it, anxiety, worry, or panic sets in. You keep hearing from others, "It will be fine," or "You just need to be more positive," but in your mind, you're telling them where they can take their advice and shove it because nobody gets it. You feel alone in your struggle.

You want to escape because it's too hard to put a smile on your face and feel "normal" around others. You've stopped doing the things you used to enjoy because you feel ashamed or like something is wrong with you. You feel like you've lost yourself and are unsure how to return to feeling normal.

I'm Priscilla, and I can help. The more I work with women with anxiety, the more I realize that some form of trauma, self-worth, or lack of confidence is at the heart of anxiety for many women.

Therapy helps you feel better by getting to the root of the anxiety and insecurity by changing your relationship with it. Everyone’s anxiety is unique; a cocktail of various reasons or triggers can cause it. Anxiety is not a clear-cut, identical experience for every person.

We’ll work together to discover the root cause(s), look for patterns, and connect the dots. The good news is that anxiety is highly treatable, and my integrative approach can help you more than "cope" with your symptoms. I’ll give you tools to find relief, giving you some space to slow down and gain clarity. Gaining insight and awareness into what is fueling the symptoms allows you to do something about them.

Learn healthy (and practical) ways of managing anxiety and getting to the ROOT of the issue causing anxiety and low self-worth.
