Midlife is a time of profound transition and is an especially tricky time of life for women. This can mean a host of physical & emotional shifts. Our primary identities begin to transform. We are letting go of youth & the familiar aspects of who we are as we enter this new change.

Each woman will experience it differently.

Some have barely noticeable symptoms, while others experience significant changes. It is far more than just physical symptoms. It is a time of physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual transition as a woman is faced with the reality of her aging and biological changes in her body.
